Storm Broadcasting LLC General Contest Rules

Effective Date: 01/16/25

These general contest rules apply to all contests conducted by KKGT – 95.1 Great FM (the "Station"), unless otherwise specified. Additional rules for specific contests may apply and will be disclosed at the time of the contest.

1. Contest Changes

  • KKGT – 95.1 Great FM reserves the right to change the dates, rules, and terms of any contest without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on-air and/or posted on the Station’s website.

2. Eligibility

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Employees, agents, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents) of Storm Broadcasting LLC, its affiliates, sponsors, or promotional agencies are ineligible.
  • Participants must reside within the Station’s Total Survey Area (TSA).
  • A winner and their immediate family or household (defined as anyone residing at the same address) may not win more than one prize within a 30-day period.

3. Prizes

  • All taxes, gratuities, and additional expenses associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted, except in cases where the prize becomes unavailable. In such cases, the Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • KKGT – 95.1 Great FM is not responsible for damages, loss, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
  • Winners are solely responsible for event tickets. The Station is not liable for cancellations due to weather, promoter, or performer issues.

4. Winner Requirements

  • Winners must provide valid identification to claim their prize and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release form.
  • Winners must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified.
  • Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.

5. Contest Entries

  • Fraudulent or incomplete entries will result in disqualification.
  • All entries become the property of KKGT – 95.1 Great FM and may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Ballots or entry forms must be completed by the participant. Third-party entries will be disqualified.

6. Technical Issues

  • KKGT – 95.1 Great FM is not responsible for errors, technical malfunctions, or network interruptions that may affect contest participation.
  • In the event of a phone or connection failure, another participant may be selected at the Station’s discretion.

7. Liability Release

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and indemnify Storm Broadcasting LLC, its affiliates, officers, sponsors/clients, agents, and employees from any claims or damages arising from their participation or use of a prize.

8. Publicity

  • Winners consent to the use of their name, voice, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • Winners may be recorded for on-air announcements, social media, or the Station’s website.

9. General Conditions

  • The Station reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any contest in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or acts of God.
  • Storm Broadcasting LLC makes no warranties regarding the fitness or safety of prizes.
  • Winners are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.

10. Disqualification

  • Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification.
  • The Station’s decisions are final in all contest-related matters.

11. Specific Contest Rules

  • Additional rules may apply for specific contests and will be provided as necessary.
  • Where eligibility is restricted by age, location, or other factors, participants are responsible for ensuring compliance.

13. Acceptance of Rules
